Payment and Insurance

Physical therapy is a normal service that is generally covered by most insurance plans.  As the patient, you are responsible for contacting your insurance carrier to determine your physical therapy benefits.  We try to make your physical therapy visit non-stressful by accepting a wide variety of insurance policies.  Keep reading for more information regarding our payment plans as well as the different insurances that we currently accept.


Our friendly and experienced staff here at Midland Physical Therapy, Inc. will do our best to make sure that payment for our services is as painless as possible.  We will do everything within our power to help you make the decision that is best for you.  Following is a list of payments that we currently accept.  If you have any questions or concerns, please ask our professional staff for a flexible arrangement.

Don’t Have Insurance?

No insurance? Don’t worry. If you do not have insurance we also except self payments as well.
